Reel Works — ChangeMaker Gala

For over 25 years, Reel Works has empowered underserved young people through filmmaking, media production, and career development programs that prepare the next generation of storytellers for the creative industry. Through mentorship, hands-on training, and industry partnerships, the organization creates pathways into film, television, advertising, and digital media.

The ChangeMaker Gala is Reel Works’ signature fundraising event, bringing together leaders across entertainment, business, philanthropy, and media to celebrate individuals driving meaningful change while raising critical support for the organization’s mission.

For the 2026 ChangeMaker Gala, NMW partnered with Reel Works to provide Development, Communications, and VIP Event Management support throughout the planning and execution process. Working alongside internal teams, NMW helped strengthen event operations through donor and guest management, communications support, CRM administration, marketing coordination, and front-of-house planning.

The work allowed Reel Works’ Development and Communications teams to stay focused on donor engagement and fundraising goals while NMW managed key operational details with care, clarity, and discretion.
